Student Success in Nigerian Secondary Schools: An Inclusive-Democratic Analysis

A three-phased mixed methods research study that involves document analysis, survey and student interviews. The study investigates how the nature of student success students experience and the extent this conception of success is aligned to principles of inclusive-democratic leadership.
